Telcoe Federal Credit Union proudly announces the remarkable milestone of Sarah Mosley, President and CEO, who is commemorating an outstanding 50 years of dedicated service to the organization. Mosley's journey commenced in 1973 with the Telcoe Federal Credit Union, evolving over the years through strategic mergers with other credit unions to shape Telcoe into the thriving institution it is today.

"Mrs. Mosley goes above and beyond to ensure every member is taken care of. No task is too small or too big. From assisting members in the drive-thru, taking member service calls, working in the loan department, volunteering at Brothers Paul’s Fish Fry, fundraising for Children’s Hospital, and more," Amanda McCarty, Senior Business Development Specialist, said.

Under the leadership of Sarah Mosley, Telcoe Federal Credit Union has experienced substantial growth, currently boasting over 23,000 members spread across four locations in Arkansas. The credit union was originally formed by the employees of Southwestern Bell Telephone in Little Rock Arkansas. Several credit unions have merged with Telcoe over the years opening up the field of membership to service not only AT&T employees and their families but also Entergy, Arkansas Blue Cross, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Pulaski County Government, Carti, and many more.

"Witnessing our CEO’s 50-year journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Throughout decades of growth and success, Sarah has been dedicated to providing our members and community with exceptional service. She has shaped the legacy of Telcoe with her commitment," Robert Ellis, Chairman of the Board, said.

Telcoe Federal Credit Union has consistently prioritized cultivating strong bonds with its members, committed to enhancing lives through innovative financial solutions. Beyond its core membership services, Telcoe actively engages in community outreach initiatives, offering free financial wellness webinars and contributing to various charities and organizations such as Children’s Miracle Network-Arkansas Children's Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, and many more.

Reflecting on Mosley's leadership, Michele Beasley, Vice President of Marketing, noted, "I have heard her say many times that she learned different tasks in the credit union from being inquisitive. She has always had a strong desire to understand the why as well as who, what, when, and where. That type of curiosity leads you to want to truly help people and find solutions to help improve their lives. She is a wealth of knowledge and has been a mentor to many. She teaches us all to provide empathy and respect for those we serve."

As Telcoe Federal Credit Union marks this momentous occasion, the organization reaffirms its commitment to providing exceptional financial services and actively contributing to the well-being of its members and the community at large. Telcoe celebrated also opening a new location this year on Bowman Road in West Little Rock.
